Deposit and Cancellation policy
A non-refundable deposit of €200 is required at the time of registration (€150 for those wishing to take the triple room).
Full payment will be due by the 7th of September at the latest.
Cancellation for any reason made before the departure will result in a total loss of funds paid; however, if we are able to fill your place we will refund the money already paid. If we have to fill your space by offering a discount, we will refund only the amount collected by us. Cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans in case of ill health/travel delay/other circumstances. You can use our suggested provider Globelink online or any provider of your choice.
Not Included:
Transport to the venue. There may be an opportunity to add this at later date (for an additional cost) when total numbers/details are known)
